What geographical coverage do you have?
We operate across mainland Spain and the main European routes: France, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. For routes outside this coverage, contact us and we will provide a tailored solution.
How do you guarantee the cold chain?
Our reefer vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth IoT sensors that record temperature and humidity every 30 seconds. If the temperature deviates from the configured range, automated alerts are triggered for the driver, agent and client in real time.
How long does a quote take?
We are committed to delivering a detailed quote within 2 hours of receiving the request. For urgent loads, we respond in minutes via WhatsApp or phone.
Do you offer real-time tracking?
Yes. Through our digital platform, both you and your end clients can check the exact shipment location, estimated ETA and cargo status at any time.
What is your load capacity?
We handle partial loads (LTL) from 1 pallet up to full loads (FTL) of up to 24 tonnes. We also offer groupage solutions to optimise costs on shared routes.
